Do not buy -- another warning

My daughter saw this ad on tv, so we just bought it. It starts out with the video clip you see on tv then stalls and closes right after the hippo. Every time. No matter which mission in it. One super-upset kid right now.

I ignored the other recent warnings about it crashing -- I should have listened. So heres one more warning for the masses.
