Wont let me download purchase

Adding this part...the app is stuck in the dont allow all position although it says allow all and that is why the ridiculous thing wont allow my child to download anymore content. I know this because I cant shut it off or change that setting. Now that Ive figured out the problem for you on your app, can you get to fixing it or return my money? Seriously, Ive deleted and re added this several times with no change. Please do your jobs!!! Old review...This app is a rip off. First of all, I had to purchase more content as my 2 yr old was through the free content in less than a half hour which in itself is quite sad. I know she is smart, but come on. So against my better judgement I purchased the whole package for 5 bucks which will NOT download at all. So 5 bucks wasted!!!! Im disgusted with this app! He one star is because my daughter liked playing the game, but the sales pitch starts almost immediately as there is barely any FREE content. Like disney doesnt get enough of my money as is?!?!???? UGH!!!
