App crashes every time and daughter is super upset after using money to buy it. Hoped that it would fix since it is still for sale. How do we get money back

What a bunch of rip off merchants. Paid four dollars for a game that took my four year old half an hour to finish, and if I want the rest of the game its another three dollars. Its not even the money, its the principle of the matter. Sick of this Disney juggernaut, worming its way into every facet of our lives. Disgusted.

My 6-year old was in tears over this app - she loves Doc but the app keeps crashing & she is so upset after using her one choice for an app on this. Disney - you are flawless at promotion - how about bringing that team to app execution? Update or give us our money back!

Just purchased this app, the app will open play a little music then kick you out!! I paid 5.00 and my daughter can not even play it!! I wish I could get my money back! :(

My kids love Doc and this is their favorite Doc app! There is racing, but they enjoy playing and healing the toys more. There are so many toys from the TV show to play with!

Adding this part...the app is stuck in the dont allow all position although it says allow all and that is why the ridiculous thing wont allow my child to download anymore content. I know this because I cant shut it off or change that setting. Now that Ive figured out the problem for you on your app, can you get to fixing it or return my money? Seriously, Ive deleted and re added this several times with no change. Please do your jobs!!! Old review...This app is a rip off. First of all, I had to purchase more content as my 2 yr old was through the free content in less than a half hour which in itself is quite sad. I know she is smart, but come on. So against my better judgement I purchased the whole package for 5 bucks which will NOT download at all. So 5 bucks wasted!!!! Im disgusted with this app! He one star is because my daughter liked playing the game, but the sales pitch starts almost immediately as there is barely any FREE content. Like disney doesnt get enough of my money as is?!?!???? UGH!!!

My kids love this game, but it keeps saying it needs an update in order for them to play... When I go to update it says no update needed... Please fix bugs

For the Doc on the Trail part of this app, it says update required but App Store says it is current. Same as other comment previous to mine. Frustrating....

Like the other reviewers, I purchased the extra pack for my child, and cannot access it due to the need for an update which doesnt exist. Please fix this, developers. Signed, Adas Dad

I just downloaded, and it keeps freezing to a purple screen once "Doc on the Trail" completes a portion of the track. So disappointing. I just purchased about 10 minutes ago, and it is already not working!

Spent money on this app and money trying to download missions, and nothing to show for it... what gives?

My daughter loves the game. I cant get the sound to work though. Very frustrating both for me and my daughter.

Disappointing. Barely loads, crashes often. When it does, its unclear what the player should be doing anyway. Dont waste your money

For the price I paid I expected way more from this app. All of the characters just get the same 4 problems/issues for doc to take care of. There is no variety its just repeat and repeat just with different patients.

I download the full app @ 8.99 and the extra parts of the app will not download. It download fails every time my daughter tries to go into it. This is the second time this has happen to me with a Disney app. Very Disappointed!!!!!!!
